How Do I Return A Product?

Your complete satisfaction is our goal, however no merchandise can be returned without authorization of Central Food Equipment.
Some special order items and items which have been used cannot be returned. Restock fees may apply.

Returns/Call Tags: You Order the Wrong Item: We will gladly pick up any item(s) that were incorrectly ordered by the customer (the wrong size or color, or wrong item(s) as long as it is in the original box, unused and within 30 days. The CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED the initial freight for the item(s) going to them, the call tag charges and the freight returning the item(s) to us.
If it was a Special Order Item(s)-an item that we do not usually stock - and we have to send it back to the manufacturer - the customer will be charged a restock fee based on what the manufacturer charges.

Items that We Ship Wrong: We will pick up item(s) that we ship in error (the wrong size, wrong color, or wrong item(s) as long as it is in the original box, unused and within 30 days. The CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE CHARGED the initial freight for the item going to them, the call tag charges or the freight returning the item to us. We do not issue you a credit on anything until we receive it back in our warehouse. WE WILL issue you credit for the item(s), so if you need to hold the invoice until you get the credit that is fine, but please DO NOT SHORT PAY THE INVOICE. Please understand that if you short pay the invoice and then we issue you credit you still owe for the wrong item.
